About Konligo

Konligo – a 5 years old VUB spin-off located in Brussels – makes it possible for creative event managers to stand out during events, for themselves and their clients, with creative and adaptable structures.
The domes and stages bring an impressive immersive feeling and are installed very fast (hours instead of days).
Our dream is a zero-waste event sector that does more with less: more resource efficiency, responsible use and material reuse and less impact on the environment.

To achieve this, we combine creative engineering with the principles of sustainable development. We push structures to another level whilst continuing to strive for resource

efficiency and acting responsibly.

At Konligo, we apply teal management principles ; a decentralised and self-organising approach that empowers individuals to make autonomous decisions, fostering a culture of trust, purpose, and adaptive learning.
