The Arch (previously known as the Fastival) is built on patented scissor technology that folds down to a remarkably compact footprint for storage and transport, yet unfolds into a striking, professional structure in minutes. It withstands winds up to 80 km/h and is manufactured sustainably in Belgium, combining durable materials with real social impact.

The Fastival was our original name for the Arch 8x4, and the Arko 470 for the Arch 5x4. As part of Konligo's rebrand, we streamlined our naming so every product now fits one clear, coherent product logic.

Rigging capacity depends on the model and wind conditions. For 60km/h wind for example, the Arch can carry 280kg, with a maximum of 360kg when it’s not windy. Our adaptors are compatible with standard truss clamps, so your existing lighting and sound equipment fits right in. Exact figures are available in the technical sheets.

The Arch 8x4 is our flagship arch-shaped roof, with an almost 8 m span, most often chosen as a stage roof. The Arch 5x4, with a span of almost 5m, shares the exact same technology but adds vertical side walls beneath the arched roof, creating a more rectangular usable space that's ideal for Front of House setups. Both use the same beams and joints, so spare parts and repairs are fully interchangeable between them.

The Arch 8x4 comes in three versions: standard (7.2 m span, 4 m depth), Arch 8x4 S (7.2 m span, 2 m depth, the building block for the Arch L), and Arch 8x4 L (7.2 m span, 6 m depth, combining a standard and an S module). The Arch 5x4 has a 4.7 m span, with the same three depth options: 4 m, 2 m or 6 m.

A larger stage cover than the Arch 8x4 isn't currently in development. We're focused on other R&D priorities and haven't yet seen enough demand to justify starting on this. At larger sizes, the balance between cost, ease of installation and ballast requirements shifts, but if you believe it would genuinely add value for your project, reach out and let's discuss it.

Yes. Any Arch converts into a Wall (formerly Luno) with a simple 90 degree rotation, using a dedicated adaptation kit, giving you two structures in one investment.

Every structure ships in a sturdy polyester cover sleeve mounted on wheels, and arrives palletised and fully protected for delivery.

Two people can set up or dismantle an Arch in under 30 minutes, including power poles, ballast, anchoring and every safety step. Custom decoration will add some time on top.

Two trained people are all it takes. Konligo structures call for a bit more expertise than a basic party tent, but with the right training, setup is smooth, fast and safe.

Yes. Our Podium Connection System attaches the Arch directly to stage decks, letting the decks themselves act as ballast, a clean and efficient solution for stage builds.

The Arch is certified up to 80 km/h without a backdrop, and 60 km/h with a closed backdrop, which opens quickly via a zipper system if conditions worsen. Every membrane is fully waterproof, so you're covered whatever the weather brings.

Yes, rigorously. As a spin-off of VUB's Civil and Architectural Engineering departments, our structures undergo extensive calculation and testing: Eurocode-based static wind and snow load simulations up to 1.5 tonnes, and fatigue testing of joints across 40,000 cycles at 400 kg tension. We hold certifications from Vinçotte (Belgium) and CTS (France), independent proof of the engineering behind every Arch.

Requirements are generally lighter for structures under 5 m in height and under 50 m² in area, though local regulations vary, so we always recommend checking with your local authority before your event.

Your main investment is the purchase price. Maintenance is minimal, we simply recommend checking bolt tightness every 10 to 15 uses. We don't offer financing: a 50% advance payment secures your order, with the balance due before delivery.

Built to perform for at least 250 uses, and often well beyond that with proper care. Customers who rent out their structure typically see their investment returned after just 8 to 10 rentals.

Structures anchor through footplates, secured with ballast, ground pins, or fixed screws into a solid surface. Exact ballast requirements depend on the model and wind conditions, always check the technical sheet for your configuration before installation.

When a structure isn't in stock, production takes approximately 6 weeks; in-stock structures can ship within the week. Delivery time depends on your location. You're covered by a 5-year warranty on the aluminium frame and 2 years on membranes and covers, with local support available through our distributor network where one exists.

Yes. Online videos and manuals are available on our resource page, and we offer personal, hands-on training in Belgium if you collect your structure yourself. For international customers, training is arranged through your local distributor.

The Arch is built for performance: high wind resistance, rigging capacity for lights and sound, and stage or FOH use. The Tent is built for speed: one person sets it up in under a minute, no tools, motors, or power needed, ideal for brand activations and daily events.
