Every membrane is fully waterproof and fire-certified under DIN 4102-1:1998-05 and EN 13501-1:2018, and outside membranes keep the inside attachment points free for lights and speakers.

Yes, and we'd love to make it happen, though it starts with a direct conversation with our team so we get every detail right. Here's what's worth knowing beforehand: - We offer a standard color range: black, white, beige, light blue, dark blue, yellow, orange, green, red and grey. - Need a very specific shade outside that range? We print it. Printed membranes are printed on one side only, with the reverse staying white. - For logos, you have two routes: a targeted printed logo directly on the membrane, or a full custom print across it. The best choice depends on the size and number of logos, and their position relative to the membrane's structure.

There's no miracle product, unfortunately, but a simple routine goes a long way. After every use, clean the membrane with a pressure washer, using enough pressure to lift the dirt without damaging the waterproof coating, and a brush for stubborn stains. Clean it after every use, never leave a wet membrane folded away (this causes mould), always fold it carefully without letting it touch the ground, and use the ground sheet provided during setup and folding. A little marking from friction near the protective patches at the connection points is completely normal wear.

Level ground is preferable, but the structure's flexibility allows it to adjust to slightly uneven surfaces without trouble.

Yes, and it's by design. The flexible, jointed structure allows small deformations under wind load, unlike a rigid stage, staying within 5% of the structure's span (a few centimeters on the Arch). This flexibility is fully accounted for in our engineering calculations.
